Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Unit Leaders to develop operating and financial strategies for the business unit.
  • Assist in creating financial models that forecast operating results, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, and build annual budgets and longer‑term (5‑year) financial plans.
  • Continuously analyze the business unit’s performance versus financial plans, identify opportunities, trends, and concerns, and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improvement plans.
  • Quantify financial and operational impacts of initiatives for strategic decision‑making, and recommend revenue growth or cost‑saving opportunities aligned with long‑term plans.
  • Participate in monthly reporting within the business unit and to the leadership team.
  • Work with the data analytics team to design and create interactive reports and dashboards that drive action by business units.
  • Strategize and champion program pricing initiatives focused on profitability and customer success.
  • Contribute to key financial aspects of the business unit such as pricing, compensation plans, and staffing levels.
  • Promote and engage in process‑improvement initiatives within the business unit.
  • Advocate a data‑driven culture across Great America by participating in the data champion community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, data‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Word; Tableau or Power

    BI a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, creative team‑player with initiative and sound business judgment.
