Multi- Utility

The utility role consists of a flexible and adaptable individual as they will perform a variety of job duties. Such duties may include working across multiple site locations, performing various roles, and operating different pieces of heavy equipment based on business needs.

Wendling Quarries, Inc. (WQI) is a third-generation family owned and operated business that produces crushed stone, sand and gravel for individuals and businesses in eastern Iowa and western Illinois.

• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure assignments of locations and/or duties for the week are understood.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and repairs and record maintenance performed.
• Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy.
• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment to perform a variety of tasks.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be willing to travel
• Monday – Friday
• Approximately 50hours/week
