Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with merchandise questions using the S.A.L.E.S. process;
Operate cash register, engage in suggestive selling, and process transactions;
Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise; maintain end caps and displays;
Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts; follow nightly maintenance checklist;
Assist with paint color matching and service-area duties such as chain, rope, key, and glass cutting, screen repair, and knife sharpening
