Neighborhood Marketing Liaison

True Coat Painters | Summer Seasonal Position | Part-Time / Flexible Hours

True Coat Painters is looking for energetic, outgoing, and dependable high school or college students to join our summer marketing team as Neighborhood Marketing Liaisons.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outside, interacting with people, and representing a growing local business in the community. You’ll help increase brand awareness by distributing door hangers in targeted neighborhoods and representing True Coat Painters at local outdoor markets, community events, and summer festivals.

This is a flexible, active, and fun summer position with opportunities for bonuses and growth.

$18 - $20 hourly

• Distribute door hangers and marketing materials in designated neighborhoods
• Represent True Coat Painters professionally in the community
• Set up and staff booths at farmers' markets, outdoor events, and community festivals
• Engage with homeowners and answer basic questions about our services
• Collect homeowner interest and contact information when appropriate
• Keep accurate records of completed neighborhoods and event participation
• Assist with booth setup, cleanup, and organization
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and energetic attitude

• High school or college student preferred
• Outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with people
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Able to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods of time
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and in team settings
