Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse within a multi-OR surgical suite, including standard operating rooms and an endoscopy room
- Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgeries
- Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including Stryker, DaVinci, Mako, and Globus systems
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
- Participate in on-call rotation Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM, one to two times per week, with weekend on-call as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team including CSTs, EVS, and SPD staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Current ACLS certification (required)
- Demonstrated experience in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
- Experience with laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgical procedures
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
- Strong teamwork and collaborative communication skills within a fast-paced surgical environment
- Work alongside an experienced surgical team utilizing advanced technology including DaVinci and Mako robotic systems in a well-equipped facility
- Scrubs are provided on-site, offering a convenient and supported start to your assignment
