About the Role:

A Project Manager with Endeavor Exteriors is responsible for effectively communicating the Endeavor Experience to all clients and customers around the Denver Metro area. The Endeavor Experience is a proprietary set of processes, use of technology, and customer experience protocols that provide the customer with a unique end-to-end experience, which starts and ends with you, the Project Manager.

You will be meeting with customers at their homes or businesses to discuss their initial expectations and needs. This is a critical step in providing a great experience throughout the entire process and a Project Manager is expected to be knowledgeable about the products they are supporting and the process the customer will embark upon with the company. Possessing the skill to seek the right answer, rather than provide an inaccurate expectation, which some would drum up to having integrity, is a must. At Endeavor Exteriors, we work hard to ensure the entire process is not unhinged from the beginning due to a subpar experience.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process. This includes: lead generation, networking events, job-site estimating, in-home presentations, insurance claims-handling, job-spec documentation for operations, contract signing, and cross-selling among others. Accomplishing all these steps while providing the Endeavor Experience is the expectation our team has of our Project Managers. Once a Project Manager ‘hands-off’ the job to our Operations Team to be executed, the role of the PM becomes similar to that of a customer service agent. Staying in contact and being involved with the project as it goes through the process will ensure the customer receives the full Endeavor Experience, along with the other Endeavor team members that will be working with the customer throughout the journey. This responsibility is not burdensome as long as everything has been accurately communicated to the Operations Team, leaving the PM more free time to continue building out their sales pipeline.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Communicating one-on-one with clients and co-workers to ensure the Endeavor Experience is met

  • In-home/conference room presentations for clients and customers

  • Working with sales leadership on setting and attaining key metrics

  • Lead generation

  • Industry networking events

  • Building and maintaining industry partner relationships (Insurance agents, property managers, etc.)

  • Pipeline management

  • Meeting with insurance adjusters, if necessary, and presenting storm damage

  • Team collaboration

Professional Requirements:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but is not a requirement for this position

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills

  • Construction sales estimating knowledge

  • A strong knowledge of homeowner insurance claims

  • Strong technology comprehension
