Warehouse Associate (Order Fulfillment Specialist)

Cochlear is recruiting an Order Fulfillment Specialist to work at our warehouse in Centennial, CO. The role involves receiving inbound shipments, stocking products, picking items to fulfill customer orders, and shipping orders in a timely manner to enhance the customer experience for cochlear implant clinics and recipients.

• Pick and pack small medical device items for shipment across the country.
• Ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Stock products in appropriate locations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience with fulfillment, shipping and/or mailroom preferred.
• Ability to position and use warehouse ladders, hand carts, and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail.

This is an in‑person warehouse role. Working hours are 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required.

• Target Salary Range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr based on experience, plus a 5% bonus opportunity.

The role requires the employee to be in a standing position regularly and to transport or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus. The job involves using comprehension, critical thinking, communication, problem solving, and discerning items such as product specifications, procedures and processes to customers (internal or external).
