Position Overview
MRICS Building Surveyor opportunity in Buckinghamshire. Join a respected consultancy to grow their established building surveying division.
Responsibilities- Undertake acquisition surveys and technical due diligence on a wide range of commercial properties.
- Provide bank monitoring services, ensuring robust reporting and risk management throughout development and refurbishment projects.
- Work with a broad portfolio of commercial clients including leisure, retail and healthcare.
- Travel nationally across the UK and stay overnight as required.
- MRICS certified.
- Proven background in commercial building surveying, particularly acquisition and technical due diligence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce high‑quality written reports.
- Valid driving licence.
