• Identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics, and digital tooling.
• Lead technical work streams from design through to implementation.
• Work closely with client teams on site across the UK.
• Translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Support the development of colleagues and digital practices.

• Strong commercial experience delivering digital or AI solutions end to end.
• Expertise in at least one of AI, data science, analytics, or digital engineering.
• Confident leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexible to travel to client sites across the UK.
