Location: City Of London
Howden Group Services Limited is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to lead the data side of their People Analytics function. You will work closely with HR-side analysts to translate requirements into data products and insights.
Your role includes managing a team of data analysts, overseeing analytical products, and ensuring data quality and governance. Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI are essential. A hybrid working model and flexibility in hours may be offered.
