United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in London. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving desktop issues in a 1st/2nd line capacity while ensuring that SLAs are adhered to.
The role requires supporting Exec/C-Suite users with excellent communication skills and technical knowledge in Windows, PC and laptop hardware, as well as Apple devices. This position demands a self-starter attitude and a strong understanding of networking.
