Role Overview :
We are hiring a senior IT Data Business Analyst to support a critical transformation programme within an investment management environment. The role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, with responsibility for translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

This programme is in its early stages and offers meaningful scope and continuity beyond the initial term.

• Lead business and technical requirements gathering across data‑centric work streams
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Support the implementation of a new investment management platform and operating model change
• Work closely with technology teams on data flows, integrations, and data quality
• Engage senior stakeholders across business and IT to drive delivery

• Strong Asset / Investment Management domain experience
• Proven background as a Technical / IT Business Analyst
• Deep data expertise (data platforms, data modelling, integration)
• Experience working with enterprise investment data platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
