• Identify and engage junior tax lawyers (NQ and those due to qualify in 2026) for opportunities in London
• Coordinate conversations with law firms across the US, international and boutique markets
• Provide market insights and advisory support to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

• Experience in tax law, ideally with a tax seat during training contract or as a recently qualified lawyer
• Interest in opportunities within private practice tax in London
