Investment Analyst; Affordable Housing

Investment Analyst (Affordable Housing), Central London

We are currently looking for Real Estate focused Investment Analysts with experience in the Housing sector, specifically those who have 1–2 years of experience in the affordable / social housing industry in the UK.

Our partner, a residential/living sector specialist, is looking to strengthen its team with someone who has a solid understanding of the housing market.

We anticipate that the successful candidate will be educated in finance or economics, have industry experience, basic modeling skills, and an interest in client-facing tasks such as meeting with property agents to discuss potential deals and engaging in asset management matters when required.

• 1–2 years of experience in affordable / social housing investment in the UK
• Background in finance or economics
• Basic Excel modeling skills
