Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem

Overview

Provides diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to patients who exhibit speech language or swallowing disorders and are inpatients or outpatients of Providence Centralia Hospital or are seen through contractual speech/language services. Education of staff, patients and family is emphasized relative to diagnosed speech language or swallowing disorder.

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to patients with speech language or swallowing disorders.
• Educate staff, patients, and family about diagnosed speech language or swallowing disorders.

• Master's Degree - a graduate of a program approved by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Upon hire:
  Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
