Computer Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Server architecture, Firewall, Data power, Load Balancers.
• Strong knowledge of web strategy, design, development, and programming technologies.
• Knowledge of performance tools and optimization techniques.
• Delivery of assigned module/components/phases of a project.
• People Management, including goal setting and providing performance feedback.
• Status reporting, guiding the development team, estimation, planning, and execution with specific focus on requirement analysis and design.
• Knowledge transfer and arriving at SLAs for steady state.
• Technical problem solving skills.
• Good design skills and architectural skills in the technical area.
• Provides input to project-related decisions.
• Define/architect strategic and tactical plans.
• Data analysis of market information to assist in developing new strategies and optimizing current strategies.
• Data analysis will include web metrics, market research, and the development of ROI models.
• Participate in comp presentation meetings with client and lead designer.
• Participate in meetings to review deliverables with a focus on compliance with strategic objectives and goals as established in the review plan.

Must be willing to travel and relocate for short periods of time as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with relevant industry experience.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
