Job Description

Pavlov Media isseekinga proactive and solutions-oriented

Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This key role is essential tomaintainingstrong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving service-related issues with efficiency and care.

As the primary point of contact for customers you willrepresentthe face of Pavlov Media delivering exceptional support, managing fiber installation schedules, and coordinating closely with contractors. While this is not a sales position, it plays a strategic role in customer success by ensuring seamless service delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities /Duties
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and contractors for fiber-related service needs
  • Schedule and coordinate fiber installations, maintenance, and burials
  • Proactively monitor and manage service delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve service-related issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Report daily to Pavlov Media’s corporate headquarters

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is:$20 – $24 per hour

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience. Pavlov Media is committed to complying with the Equal Pay Act and places a strong emphasis on internal equity when determining compensation. Final pay will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and alignment with our internal equity standards, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.

The salary banding for this role also allows room for growth, with opportunities for pay increases within the band based on performance and contributions.
