We are looking for a detail-oriented Japanese bilingual (Japanese/English) professional to support the CFO with financial reporting and budgeting. This is a fully remote, temporary (open‑ended) role requiring strong Excel skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Employment Type:
Temp. (open‑ended)
Hourly Rate: $30–33/hr
Schedule:
Full‑time (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, overtime as needed)
Location:
Fully Remote in NY, NJ, GA, MI, IL, TX, NV, CA, OR, WA
Equipment:
Company laptop provided
- Prepare monthly reports and board materials (budget vs. actual)
- Create and update reports using Excel and Power Point
- Support quarterly forecasting and performance tracking
- Manage and update project data in Salesforce
- Prepare monthly reports for headquarters in Japan
- Assist with annual budgeting and internal reporting
- Support audit and compensation‑related materials
- Expert‑level Japanese and Business‑level English
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
- Basic financial analysis skills
- High attention to detail and good communication
- Ability to work overtime during busy periods
