Perform and supervise all floor-care operations, ensuring work meets ABM quality standards;
Diagnose floor conditions and determine the correct restoration process for polished concrete, sealed concrete, waxed floors, and all carpet types;
Execute and oversee strip & wax, scrub & recoat, burnishing, carpet extraction, bonneting, and other advanced restoration methods;
Select and mix chemicals correctly for each floor type; maintain strong knowledge of restoration chemicals;
Operate and maintain floor-care equipment such as auto-scrubbers, burnishers, swing machines, and extractors
