Position: Lead Cleaner - Floater - Full-Time - Champaign,IL
We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian to be a lead cleaner and floater . We are looking for a versatile individual to learn our accounts and cover for call-offs and vacations. In the Champaign,IL area.

Shift Days: Monday - Friday with some Saturday / Sunday work

Shift Time: Various shifts 30+ hours per week

The Lead Cleaner / Floater will assist the Operations Manager to help clean various accounts in the Champaign,IL area.

This job requires travel in the area, so you must have a good reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to new accounts everyday. You will be compensated for travel expenses.

You will be cleaning accounts that need extra staff. You will also be cleaning when cleaners are on vacation, call in sick or need time off. You will play a key role in cleaning new accounts.

Required:

• 3 years of experience as a commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian
• Willingness to work Days/Evening shifts, flexible hours and occasional weekends
• Availability and ability to work 30+ hours a week.
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Ability to communicate with cleaners and management
• Must be Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to travel in the area. Reliable vehicle with drivers license with good driving record

Preferred but not required

• 5 years of experience as commercial cleaning
• Experienced with floor stripping / waxing
• Experienced with carpet cleaning
• Experienced with Window Cleaning
