• Unix/Shell Scripts – Primary skill
• Python – Secondary skill
• 10+ years of experience
• Understanding of the UNIX operating system
• Python, pip and conda package library knowledge and dependency chain troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting services, checking logs and understanding systems
• Knowledge of SMTP
• Knowledge of Autosys
• Working knowledge of Jupyter
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or Mongo databases
• Knowledge of Load Balancers and FDNS
• Knowledge of certificates
• Past experience with Production Support
