Information Security Analyst - COVERED

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join their team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Security Governance team supporting enterprise-wide security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to excellence and security.

What's the Job?

• Support information security governance activities to enhance compliance with enterprise policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist with remediation efforts for security assessment findings, including tracking, validation, and evidence review.
• Participate in security control testing activities and collaborate with technical and governance teams.
• Perform data analysis, aggregation, and reporting to support enterprise risk management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting artifacts to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

What's Needed?

• At least 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, GRC, or IT risk management.
• Experience supporting security assessments, compliance reviews, or remediation activities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for technical and governance audiences.
