AboutThe Role
The Staff Accountant supports core accounting functions across Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and system/client operational processes. You’ll handle essential day‑to‑day accounting tasks that maintain financial accuracy and ensure smooth business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and looking to grow in a dynamic, fast‑scaling company.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR)- Manage OSA AR (Pay Simple/Pay Pal) and prepare AR reports
- Monitor AR aging, apply payments, and issue credits
- Support collections activities
- Process Quick Cash and handle client invoice/payment inquiries
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile platform payments with internal systems and the general ledger
- Assist with month‑end close activities and documentation
- Manage corporation card processing
- Support system sales processes, including PO handling, inventory checks, and sales data validation
- Coordinate internally to ensure documentation accuracy
- Assist with recurring billing and client account support
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting systems
- Experience with online payment platforms (Pay Simple, Pay Pal, ) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- AR reconciliation and GL settlement experience
- Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Korean preferred
- Exposure to Net Suite system‑based revenue models
- Experience with client communication or vendor management
Base salary: approximately $60,000 annually
