PROJECT DESIGNER (HOME REMODELING/INTERIOR DESIGN)

Candidates must be local to the Northern VA/Metro DC area. Work schedule includes time in the office, in the field and remote.

• Demonstrated passion for home remodeling design
• High performance and professional achievement record
• Experience with CAD software;
  Chief Architect preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Attention to detail, self-disciplined, creative, confident, problem solving, job coordination, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred
• Kitchen and Bath design experience

• Capture the vision outlined by the sales consultant and homeowner in the proposal and bring it to life
• Ensure a positive and exciting design experience for the homeowner
• Build a trust and a positive relationship with the homeowner
• Take the homeowner from the beginning of the project to completion
• Serve as the design resource on the team driving influencing the sales, design, and construction experience
• Manage the design and purchasing of cabinets and all selection items
