** Job Description** :

+ Provide ongoing technical support and monitoring of production and development systems and networks, and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).

+ Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.

+ Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

+ Perform Data Transfer Officer duties in support of customer requirements.

** Here's what you'll need** :

+ 8 to 10+ years of experience with Capacity & Performance Monitoring

+ 8 to 10+ years of experience Infrastructure Monitoring, Infrastructure Service Incident Management, and IT Infrastructure Operations

** Security Clearance** :

+ Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance

* ** Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.

$130,200-$265,300 USD
