Job Description

We are seeking a General Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Excellent typing, oral/written communication, and computer skills; able to work independently or on a team; operate general office equipment like a copy machine, fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and scanner; knowledge of software, databases, and word processing programs

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
