At Victory Lane Indoor Karting we are a family owned entertainment company. We put on day-to-day operations for our go-karting tracks, bowling alley, arcade and resturarant as well as host corporate events for companies looking to have any event from team building to seminars. We are hiring an experienced Team Member to help us keep growing . If you're are a dedicated and ambitious individual, Victory Lane is an excellent place to gain experience as well as grow as an employee throughout our company.

• Communication throughout the different entities Victory Lane has to offer (Go-karting, bowling, arcade and restaurant)
• Providing superior guest experiences for all customers and keeping up with the logistics of customers whereabouts and wants throughout their visit
• Sales associate duties in regards to our racing and bowling operations (completing transactions with customers for racing, bowling and slect merchandise)
• Facility cleanliness duties including anything from go-karting supplies and laundry to general upkeep of our facility
• Learning to prioritze front counter operations in regards to facility safety, guest experience and facility cleanliness
Position Requirements
High School
• No experience required, but previous customer service experience appreciated
• Excellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the customer but also having the flexibility to determine new, efficient procedures to better evolve our day-to-day operations
• Being a determined individual with a desire to perform their job duties to the best of their ability
• Willingness to adapt to different roles and job duties as the need arises
• Ability to work smoothly with a team, synchronizes processes with others to coordinate racing procedures
• Haveing a desire to be efficient and energetic, multitasking or switching between different types of activities
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good

  • How many years of customer service experience do you have?
  • Do you have any logistics or problem solving expereince? (Anything pertaining to dealing with a POS system involving a queue or scheduling)
  • Do you have availability to work Monday-Thursday?
  • Do you have availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday)
  • Are you available for day shifts (10:30am-5pm), evening shifts (5pm-10pm/12 midnight(midnight only on Fri/Sat)), or both?
