Key Responsibilities
  • As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi‑disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
  • Your day‑to‑day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration.
  • You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end‑to‑end testing process.
  • You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work‑related problems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency through database checks and manual batch testing.
  • Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation using Parasoft SOA Test.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand both functional and technical aspects of the services being tested.
  • Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end‑to‑end testing activities as required.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering to continuously enhance testing processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management is recommended.
  • Additionally, advanced proficiency in System Integration Testing and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.

Onsite client work required 3 days a week in:
Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Plano TX, Addison TX, or Dallas TX

Client Mandated Time Away: 5 days per quarter

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
  • 4+ years of hands‑on Selenium Automation (expert level)
  • 3+ years of API Testing experience (REST/Soap tools)
  • Experience in Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
  • Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) & regression testing
  • Understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing practices
  • Experience in Payments Domain
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 5 years of End‑to‑End Testing experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
