Hylaine is searching for a skilled and innovative Salesforce Professional with hands‑on experience in Omni Studio (formerly Vlocity) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, expertise in Omni Studio tools, and a passion for delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

• Omni Studio Development: Design and implement Salesforce Omni Studio solutions, including OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures; build dynamic, user‑friendly interfaces using Omni Studio's declarative tools.
• Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Configure Salesforce core components to align with business requirements; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integration & Automation: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Omni Studio tools; automate processes using Flow Builder, Apex, and Omni Studio's declarative automation tools.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing and support QA processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements; monitor and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce and Omni Studio components.
• Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation for implemented solutions and provide training to end‑users as required; maintain up‑to‑date records of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders; stay current with Salesforce updates and new Omni Studio features to ensure best practices.

• Salesforce Certifications (preferred) — Salesforce Omni Studio Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and Omni Studio tools (OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Proficiency in declarative development; knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
• Experience with integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
