Chartered Building Surveyor
£45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus
📍 Chelmsford, Essex
This is a permanent, full-time appointment with a hybrid working pattern (3/2). The role sits within a growing consultancy and provides a varied workload across project and professional Building Surveying instructions.
Responsibilities- Deliver a broad range of Building Surveying services across multiple sectors
- Undertake contract administration and project management duties
- Support professional instructions including dilapidations, Party Wall matters and defect inspections
- Assist with design and planning-related tasks
- Contribute to projects typically up to £3 million in value
- RICS-accredited degree or equivalent
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Experience across both project and professional Building Surveying work
- Strong technical capability with clear written and verbal communication skills
- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
- Discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working arrangement (three days office, two days remote)
