About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Operatives to join our growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hands‑on, eager to learn, and looking to develop new skills within a manufacturing environment.

You will work across multiple departments, supporting the assembly of both large and small‑scale components. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and a willingness to get stuck in - experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical components to specification
Work across different departments depending on production needs
Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Follow instructions and production drawings where required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship

Desired Skills (Training Provided)

Experience in the following is beneficial but not required:

Soldering
Welding
Crimping
General assembly work

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualities.

Shift Information

Night

Shifts:

15:00 - 01:00
Monday to Thursday (4‑day working week)
Overtime opportunities may be available
