Learn more at  and on Linked In and X.Analog Devices Inc., Chelmsford Massachusetts facility is looking for Manufacturing Microwave & RF Test Technician (all shifts) to support our continued growth in the manufacture of high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems. Customers trust Analog Devices to deliver integrated electronics, and ADI is interested in energetic and organized team players that want to deliver quality products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Microwave & RF Test Technician supports manufacturing in the
** testing and troubleshooting
** of medium to highly complex microwave modules.
** Requirements:**
* ** US Citizenship
** and able/willing to obtain a government security clearance.
* Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation.
* 3-5 years minimum experience working in the microwave electronics industry, an associate degree, or a Military background with 3+ years' training and electronics experience.
* High school diploma/GED required.  A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus.
* All shifts available:
* 1st 7:00AM - 3:30PM EST2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST  3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM EST
** Specific Responsibilities:
*** Familiarity with using Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, RF Sources and other equipment used
* A strong ability to work with computer-controlled test systems as an individual contributor, as well as part of a team, to perform microwave electronics testing and troubleshoot complex microwave and millimeter-wave modules and subsystems.
* General knowledge of electronics construction
* A strong aptitude and interest in working with automated and manual test equipment
* * Excellent* communication and interpersonal skills required to work with engineering, management and other technicians.
* Test station setup and calibration
* Maintenance of test data
* Assembly of breadboards, test fixtures and wiring harnesses.
* Simple hand soldering knowledge
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
