Job DescriptionYou will be the Subcontract Management (SCM) for the Chelmsford Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence. As the Subcontract Management (SCM) you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process from purchase requisition through delivery of material supporting the Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely order placement.
- Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery and quality compliance.
- Track material flow and resolve any logistical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to align supply with production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for THAAD program requirements.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Microsoft Office Suite skillset
- Ability to travel
- Experience with procurement and supply chain management
- Ability to multi‑task
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to present material clearly and concisely both verbally and in print
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
Work SchedulesLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week over five days to condensed schedules. These schedules provide additional time away from the office, in addition to our paid time off benefits.
Schedule for This Position4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Pay RateThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
