• Deliver compassionate nursing care tailored to residents’ individual needs
• Review medications, monitor resident conditions, and help coordinate care plans
• Provide support and guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold healthcare compliance standards
• Work closely with interdisciplinary staff to promote quality resident outcomes

• Required License
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

• At least 2 years of nursing experience as an RN
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living environments is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Chelsea, MA
