Tec Partners is seeking a Construction Contract Manager in Cheltenham, UK to oversee construction procurement and manage subcontractor performance across critical defence infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate extensive experience in NEC3/NEC4 contracts and possess strong stakeholder management skills. This role requires working with internal teams and suppliers to ensure project compliance and effectiveness while mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Attractive salary range of £45,000 - £58,000 and 10% travel involved.
