Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented  Automation Engineer  to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in  automation testing, test automation frameworks, scripting, and quality assurance processes . Hands-on experience with  UiPath  is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and automation frameworks.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
Identify, log, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
Enhance test coverage and minimize manual testing efforts through automation.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Work with automation and RPA tools, preferably  UiPath .
Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.
Ensure adherence to software quality standards, testing best practices, and organizational processes.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
Hands-on experience with  UiPath Test Suite/UiPath Studio .

Experience with API Testing and Database Testing (SQL).
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
UiPath Certification is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions.
Exposure to RPA testing and validation.
Experience working in Agile environments.
