Overview
IGT is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support HR systems through advanced configuration, system analysis, and process optimization. This role is responsible for leading technical configuration work streams, managing complex system enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert within assigned HRIS domains, and supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Success Factors, the system of record, ensuring accurate system setup and functionality
Lead technical configuration work streams and complex system enhancements, serving as an escalation point for system-related issues
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions and configurations
Support process mapping and system optimization initiatives
Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through data validation, reporting, and resolution of system or data issues
Support HRIS projects and system enhancements, including testing (UAT), deployment, and release activities
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders on system updates and integrations
Maintain system documentation and support SOP updates
Support implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives
Utilize HR technology platforms including Success Factors, Service Now, and Microsoft 365
Serve as a technical subject matter expert within assigned HRIS domains
Qualifications
5–7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems
Strong hands-on experience with Success Factors (multiple modules preferred)
Experience with system configuration and enhancements
Experience with process mapping and system analysis
Experience troubleshooting system or data issues and identifying root causes
Experience supporting system testing (UAT), releases, or enhancements
Ability to analyze HR data and identify trends or inconsistencies
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
