Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and manage store staff. Responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining store inventory, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. The Store Manager will also work closely with the sales team to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Store Management experience and knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention
Leadership and team management abilities
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
Salary Per Month + Incentive on targets
