Description

* Develops and maintains CPM schedules in accordance with owner specifications and company standards.

* Applies resource leveling and crew logic to construction planning, adjusting as project conditions evolve.

* Prepares baseline and monthly schedule narratives to support and explains the CPM schedule.

* Assists with time impact and delay analyses for claims and schedule-related disputes.

* Tracks schedule progress and notify project management of any deviations affecting completion targets.

* Coordinates with engineering to gather data necessary for updating schedule activities.

* Conducts daily site visits to verify work status and maintain photographic documentation of progress.

* Reviews quantity books to assess percent complete and validates schedule accuracy.

* Modifies CPM logic based on verbal direction from project management regarding sequencing or crew changes.

* Creates and maintains 5-week look-ahead schedules in collaboration with superintendents and project managers.

* Ensures alignment between the 5-week plan and CPM schedule, and communicates impacts of any discrepancies.

* Generates and presents schedule reports, trending charts, and performance analyses for planning meetings.

* Provides projections for revenue, cost, labor, materials, and equipment, and assists with historical schedule documentation and lessons learned post-project.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
