Client Services Team Leader – Financial Planning
Chester, Salary £30,000 – £33,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working
Hiring a Financial Services Administration Team Leader for a growing wealth management / financial planning firm. Ideal for someone with experience in financial services, pensions, investments, and team leadership looking to step up.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Wealth Management Administrators
- Manage workloads and ensure SLA delivery
- Oversee pensions, investments, and client administration
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations (file checks, QA)
- Improve processes and report on KPIs
- Liaise with providers and resolve complex queries
- 2+ years in Wealth Management / Financial Planning / Financial Services
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of pensions, investments, and FCA compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organization
