Amazon Account Executive – Hybrid

Location: Chester

Salary: up to £38,000 - depending on experience

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, commercially curious, and analytically minded. Some Amazon experience is beneficial — but passion, initiative, and capability matter most.

The Role

As the Amazon Account Executive, you’ll support the management and optimisation of global Amazon marketplaces. From processing purchase orders and monitoring stock levels to improving content performance and analysing sales data, you’ll play a key role in driving performance across multiple regions.

You’ll partner closely with supply chain, marketing, operations, and finance, ensuring the smooth running of Amazon accounts while identifying opportunities to enhance sales, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience.

Amazon Account Management
  • Manage and process purchase orders across multiple international Amazon platforms
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to maintain strong stock availability
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver sales activities and campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational processes
Sales & Inventory Reporting
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports
  • Analyse commercial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Manage Amazon returns and maintain accurate reporting
Content Optimisation
  • Update and enhance product detail pages and A+ content to boost conversion
  • Conduct A/B tests on imagery, copy, and layout to improve CTR and sales
  • Support brand content improvements across global marketplaces
Experience & Skills (Ideal but Not Essential)
  • 2 years’ experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central within a retail/ecommerce/consumer sector
  • Some eBay, shopify, tik tok experience would be beneficial
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Helium
    10 - advantageous
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance reporting
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset
