Conduct comprehensive testing of Service Now (SNOW) applications and workflows to identify, document, and elevate bugs across all SNOW modules.
Develop and execute automated testing scripts for SNOW platforms, ensuring consistent performance and minimizing manual testing cycles.
Validate SNOW design and development solutions, ensuring workflows adhere to specified requirements and align with organizational best practices.
Process Improvement & Quality AssuranceDefine and refine testing procedures, approaches, and best practices to optimize testing processes and improve reliability and functionality of workflows.
Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to confirm issue resolution and retest systems.
Track and report test results, providing metrics and insights directly to leadership.
Collaboration Across TeamsWork closely with contractors on multiple contracts and across teams to ensure seamless testing integration for interconnected systems.
Participate in technical exchange meetings, reviews, and design workshops to align testing with program objectives.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams, administrators, and leadership to ensure transparency and efficient testing processes.
Qualifications- TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- Minimum 13 years of professional experience in testing Service Now applications and workflows.
- Strong experience with automated testing tools and methodologies for SNOW platforms.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across contracting teams and explain complex testing procedures to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive communicator who anticipates challenges.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) environments and mission‑critical IT systems.
- In‑depth knowledge of SNOW modules and workflow automation best practices.
- Experience using testing management tools such as Automated Test Framework.
- Relevant certifications in SNOW or testing, e.g., Certified Application Specialist (SNOW) or ISTQB Foundation Level.
