Our client is seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and their team. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing reports and presentations, handling expenses, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs. This individual will serve as a key point of contact and must be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, while handling confidential information with sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership and their team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Arrange domestic/international travel and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Process expense reports and handle general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and visitor logistics
  • Conduct research and support special projects as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment in sensitive situations
  • Build strong working relationships across teams in a highly matrixed environment
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Professionalism, discretion, and experience supporting senior-level executives
