MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY.
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible.
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter.
Responsibilities- Provides assistance with clerical tasks such as copying, filing, scanning, and typing documents
- Create spreadsheets, Word documents, and assist with database management
- Performs background checks of former students to ascertain if there was any prior contact(s) with the Dept. of Public Safety
- Assist with the management of the parking permit program and processing citation fines
- Assists with the scheduling of student staff and back filling call-offs
- Greets visitors and guests to the office
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- May require basic proficiency in any of the following programs:
Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point - Telephone skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Requires strict confidentiality and exposure to sensitive information
Scheduled up to 10 hours a week any time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
