Pay: $26.02/hour
POSITION SUMMARYAs a Facilities Coordinator, you are entrusted with balancing organizational priorities including mail services, administrative, financial, project scheduling and daily production flow of the department.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Work closely with Director of Facilities & Facility Manager to envision and enact more efficient processes in areas of department responsibility
- Oversee the mail services operations for the organization
- Vendor relationship maintenance and periodic review of all service agreements.
- Assist in communication and development of Facility related procedures, including alarm and evacuation training for staff
- Maintain access system for agency (keys and badges) and documentation
- Facility Department administrative support
- Work alongside the Facilities team to develop, influence, and nurture the HBH culture; participate in community-building work across departments
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to effectively use simple math for a variety of purposes
- Language Skills — Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat and climb for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Requires ability to speak audibly and listen actively.
- Requires ability to use computers, telephones and other office equipment.
- Requires ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- May require occasional bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- May require periodic travel.
