Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Entry.

Previous experience in mail handling or mailroom operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (mail bins)

Must have a smartphone (used for building access and two-step authentication)

Comfortable working on-site five days per week

Mail Processor Overview

Short-term contract position supporting high-volume mail processing operations

Responsible for opening, sorting, and logging returned mail with a focus on identifying and recording address issues

Work is repetitive and detail-oriented, requiring accuracy and consistency

Candidates must be physically capable of lifting full mail bins (up to 50 lbs) and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required for tracking and communication

Must possess a smartphone to access the facility and internal systems via two-step authentication

This position requires on-site presence five days a week and adherence to a defined schedule

Job Duties

Open, sort, and process large volumes of returned mail

Log address corrections and returned mail data into internal tracking systems

Communicate and coordinate with internal teams as needed

Follow established mailroom protocols and data entry procedures

Ensure timely and accurate handling of daily mail volumes
