Organizational Development Project Analyst

The selected candidate will provide support for organizational development client projects. This support will include: training, writing and/or editing client deliverables, administrative, vendor coordination, and OD related tasks for the Exeter team.

Training facilitation and deliverable development will be key responsibilities of this role. The OD Project Analyst must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. This person must also show a sense of urgency, anticipate needs, take initiative, be proactive in her or his approach, and pay close attention to detail. The Analyst will demonstrate highly effective decision-making, judgment, and communication, as well as model professional interactions at all times. The OD Project Analyst will work in an extremely flexible, “high-change” environment, and must exhibit an ability to connect and collaborate through positive and respectful interaction, inspire success, and develop creative ideas and solutions. It is important that this person be passionate about diversity and inclusion as this is the cornerstone of much of our work and training content.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable the OD team’s success by supporting team operations and project management
  • Support the design and development of client deliverables including data analytics and presentation development
  • Conduct internal and external research to identify insights that inform and enhance the OD team’s approach
  • Gather, compile, and analyze OD related assessment data, specific to projects and/or client engagements
  • Deliver and facilitate training content in an engaging, professional, and thoughtful manner
  • Facilitate diversity and inclusion training, leadership development training, and other types of training which may be sensitive in nature
  • Design and develop training programs
  • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for clients
  • Schedule focus groups, schedule moderators, and coordinate focus groups through creation of sign ups, sign-in sheets, consent forms, scripts, and discussion guides
  • Manage patient and employee inboxes and phone lines in preparation for focus groups
  • Coordinate and schedule vendors for client projects as needed
  • Conduct focus groups, community partner interviews, and 360 interviews
  • Collaborate with OD Team members to review, summarize, and present findings
  • Support and develop training solutions, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and participant guides
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
  • Support the creation of individual development plans and succession development plans
  • Draft and/or edit project proposals and other deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint decks, Word documents) and present them to OD Team for final review
  • Synthesize and integrate data into comprehensive client-facing reports of findings and recommendations
  • Write and edit client deliverables including presentations, handouts, reports, service overviews, etc.
  • Collaborate with OD Team members to review, summarize, and present findings
  • Write and edit request for proposals (RFPs), as needed
  • Update and edit website, as needed
  • Support production of video deliverables for clients
  • Provide administrative support to Organizational Development Team
  • Support coordination of temporary and contract labor activities
  • Support team building and knowledge sharing
  • Write correspondence and send to appropriate bodies as well as receive and distribute incoming emails
  • Create specific strategies for easier and more effective execution of project reports
  • Keep records of all information related to projects for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management
  • Manage travel expense receipts and booking

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Internship experience in HR, I/O, or OD preferred
