We are seeking a dedicated and patient Kindergarten Teacher’s Aide who is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to supporting both students and lead teachers in a nurturing and structured classroom environment. This position is for the  school year.

• Provide one-on-one or small group instructional support to students under the direction of the lead teacher.
• Assist in delivering lessons and reinforcing learning through direct instruction.
• Support classroom teachers with daily activities and overall classroom management.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom resources in advance of lessons.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment; clean frequently throughout the day.
• Assist with serving, supervising, and managing student lunch periods.
• Help enforce and model classroom rules and expectations to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development with patience and care.

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (required).
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Classroom setting with young children.
• Active role requiring movement, interaction, and engagement throughout the day.

This position has an annualized hourly range of $16.60 - $26.60. An employee’s pay within the hourly range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
