Description:
Medical Assistant supports healthcare providers by performing both clinical and administrative duties in medical offices or clinics. They prepare patients for examinations, take vital signs, and assist with basic procedures. Medical Assistants handle scheduling, patient records, and insurance documentation. They ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Strong communication skills and attention to patient comfort and confidentiality are essential.

2+ Years of experience preferred + MA Associate's Degree or MA Diploma (copy of transcripts required prior to start) AND MA Certification + BLS
OR
5 years of MA experience + MA Certification + BLS
Certs REQ: BLS + Must have a MA certification from the below:
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
American Medical Technologists (AMT)
National Health Career Association (NHA)
American Registry of Medical Assistant (ARMA)
National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
