As Principal Product Manager for our Leasing Data Platform, you will own the strategy and delivery of a mission-critical data product powering our Leasing business. This role is focusing on turning leasing data into a strategic asset, enabling better decision-making, unlocking new revenue opportunities, improving operation efficiency, and accelerating innovation across the business.

You will work cross-functionally with business leaders, product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to build and evolve a modern data platform that drives measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings experience leading enterprise data products and translating complex data capabilities into clear commercial value.

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Leasing Data Platform, ensuring strong alignment to leasing growth, client value, and operation efficiency goals.
• Establish a clear product vision for transforming raw leasing data into scalable and AI-ready data assets.
• Drive alignment across business, engineering, product, analytics, and enterprise data teams.

• Partner with engineering to design modern data architecture (data lakes/warehouses, semantic layers, APIs, streaming pipelines, etc.).
• Define standards for data quality, lineage, governance, metadata management, and platform scalability.
• Engage enterprise data teams across product and engineering functions to align platform roadmap priorities with key leasing business objectives.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into leasing workflows (e.g., predictive insights, automation, recommendation systems).
• Leverage AI tools in the product development lifecycle (e.g., AI-assisted discovery, rapid prototyping, experimentation, backlog refinement, analytics generation).
• Drive data strategy that enables AI agent development ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and accessibility across systems critical to leasing workflows.

• Maintain and prioritize a data product backlog aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear business value narratives.
• Drive executive alignment on roadmap, investment tradeoffs, and prioritization.

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise data platforms or data products.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable data products (e.g., data platforms, analytics products, APIs, ML-enabled systems) from strategy through production.
• Hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI copilots, experimentation tools, ML lifecycle tooling) to accelerate product discovery and delivery.
• Ability to define and measure success through data quality, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
